Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Vytrini service (the "Service"), available at vytrini.com and operated by Vytrini. By creating an account or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Service allows you to create, host and publish a website generated by artificial intelligence, intended for lawful professional or personal use.

2. User account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal representative.

3. Subscription and pricing

The Service is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices (notably €10/month or €40/year) are listed on the Pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand from your dashboard.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund. The statutory withdrawal right may be excluded for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period.

5. User content

You remain the sole owner of the content you publish (text, images, products). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that content, strictly as needed to provide the Service. You warrant you hold all rights to the content published, and undertake not to publish unlawful content (infringement, defamatory, pornographic, hate speech, etc.).

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate text and images. Such content is provided "as is": we do not guarantee its accuracy, originality or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and adapting any generated content before publishing.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but provide no service-level commitment (SLA). The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Vytrini brand, code, designs and architecture of the Service are our exclusive property. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, capped at the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or unlawful content, with reasonable notice when possible.

11. Personal data

Processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the registered office of Vytrini, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
